David Baker is the author of eight books, most recently Changeable Thunder (poems, 2001) and Heresy and the Ideal: On Contemporary Poetry (criticism, 2000). He is Poetry Editor of The Kenyon Review, and holds the Thomas B. Fordham Distinguished Chair at Denison University.
