David Yost is a former Peace Corps Volunteer whose short stories have appeared in more than thirty magazines, including The Southern Review, The Sun, and Witness. He is also an editor of the anthology Dispatches from the Classroom: Graduate Students on Creative Writing Pedagogy (Continuum, 2011).
