Diane Glancy teaches Native American literature and creative writing at Macalester College in St. Paul. Her fourth collection of poems, Lone Dog's Winter Count, was published by West End Press. Her collection of essays, Claiming Breath (Univ. of Nebraska Press), won a 1993 American Book Award. Her fiction collections are Firesticks (Univ. of Oklahoma Press) and Trigger Dance (Univ. of Colorado and Fiction Collective II).
