Dianne Nelson won first place in the 1991 Utah Orginial Writing Competition for her collection of short stories, A Brief History of Male Nudes in America. She has work forthcoming in The Quarterly, The Iowa Review, and Sun Dog. She lives and writes in Salt Lake City.
