Douglas Goetsch

Douglas Goetsch is author of the poetry collections Nobody's Hell (1999, Hanging Loose Press) and Wherever You Want (1997, Pavement Saw Press). His poems, essays and reviews have appeared in numerous journals, including Poetry, Ploughshares, The Iowa Review, Prairie Schooner, The Marlboro Review, Quarterly West, ONTHEBUS and on-line at PoetryDaily and The Courtland Review. His work has also been included in the recent anthologies American Poetry: The Next Generation (Carnegie Mellon U. Press, 2000) and Urban Nature: Poems About Wildlife in the City (Milkweed Editions, 2000). Goetsch's honors include The Paumanok Award, a Prairie Schooner Reader's Choice Award, a New York Foundation for the Arts Poetry Fellowship, and two recent Pushcart Prize nominations.
