Eileen Pollack’s most recent novel, Breaking and Entering (Four Way Books, 2012), was awarded the 2012 Grub Street National Book Prize and named a New York Times Editor’s Choice selection; In the Mouth: Stories and Novellas (Four Way Books, 2008) won the 2008 Edward Lewis Wallant Award. Her essays have appeared in many periodicals, including The New York Times, and she is the author of Creative Nonfiction: A Guide to Form, Content, and Style, with Readings. She teaches on the faculty of the MFA Program at the University of Michigan.
