Frank Russell has returned to Florida after five years of teaching at Fisk University. His first full-length collection, Dinner With Dr. Rocksteady, was published by Ion Books/Raccoon in 1987, and his poems have appeared in Poetry, Chelsea, Poetry Northwest, New Letters, Raccoon, The Chariton Review, Porch, Southern Poetry Review, and The Kansas Quarterly. He will begin serving as a Peace Corps Teacher-Trainer in Poland in June.
