Frank X. Gaspar is the author of three collections of poetry. His latest, A Field Guide to the Heavens, won the 1999 Brittingham Prize for Poetry. New work appears in The Kenyon Review, The Georgia Review, The Bellingham Review, The Gettysburg Review, and others. His first novel, Leaving Pico, was published in the fall by Hardscrabble Books/University Press of New England, and won a Barnes & Noble Discover Award.
