Jack Ridl has published two collections of poetry: The Same Ghost and Between, both from Dawn Valley Press. He is finishing a third volume, Losing Season, which includes the poems in this issue. Ridl grew up with basketball. His father is the former head coach at Westminster College and the University of Pittsburgh.
