Joan Larkin's My Body: New and Selected Poems (Hanging Loose) received the Publishing Triange's Audre Lorde Award. Her Spring 2012 chapbook, Legs Tipped with Small Claws, is from Argos Books. In 2011, Larkin received the Poetry Society of America's Shelley Memorial Award and the Academy of American Poets Fellowship. She teaches in Drew University's low-residence MFA program.
