Kate Knapp Johnson is the author of two collections of poetry, When Orchids Were Flowers (Dragon Gate) and This Perfect Life (Miami Univ.). She teaches at Sarah Lawrence College's writing program and lives in Mt. Kisco, New York, with her husband and children.
