Nick Arvin

Nick Arvin is an engineer and writer living in Denver, Colo. He is the author of three novels, Mad Boy (Europa Editions, 2018), The Reconstructionist (Hutchinson, 2010), and Articles of War (Doubleday, 2005), and a book of short stories, In the Electric Eden (Penguin, 2003). His fiction has appeared in The New Yorker, McSweeney’s Quarterly, Missouri Review, Electric Literature, and elsewhere. His story “The Crying Man” won Ploughshares’ 2014 Alice Hoffman Prize for Fiction.
