Ruth Blank is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Sacramento Region Community Foundation. Prior to joining the Foundation, Ruth owned and operated a restaurant and gift shop, and worked in the cable television industry for twenty-five years. Ruth grew up in Philadelphia. She graduated from Sarah Lawrence College and attended the Creative Writing program at Stanford University.
