Stephen Dunn is the author of 17 books of poetry, including the recent Lines of Defense (Norton) and a chapbook Keeper of Limits (Sarabande). His many awards include the Pulitzer Prize, an Academy Award in Literature from the American Academy of Arts & Letters, and the Paterson Award for Sustained Literary Achievement. He lives in Frostburg, Maryland.
