Sylvie Baumgartel is the author of Song of Songs (Farrar, Straus and Giroux, 2019), her debut book of poems. Her second book of poetry, Pink, will be released in February 2021 by Farrar, Straus and Giroux. Her poems have appeared in The Paris Review, The Nation, The New York Review of Books, Subtropics, Raritan, Harvard Review, The Virginia Quarterly Review, the PEN Poetry Series, and The Unprofessionals: New American Writing from The Paris Review (2015). She lives in Santa Fe, N.Mex.
