Peter Marcus has had poems in Poetry, New England Review, Shenandoah, Agni, and in two previous issues of Ploughshares. His manuscript Dark Remedies has been a finalist or semifinalist for the Agnes Lynch Starrett, Brittingham, and Morse Prizes. He is a psychologist working at Western Connecticut State University's Counseling Center.
