Henrik Nordbrandt was born in Denmark in 1945, and lives much of the time in Greece and Turkey. The author of seventeen volumes of poetry, he has been the recipient of numerous grants and awards, including The Grand Prize of the Danish Academy. With Alexander Taylor, he co-translated three of his books into English: Selected Poems, God's House, and Armenia, all published by Curbstone Press, 321 Jackson Street, Willimantic, CT. 06226.
