Ann Packer's fiction has appeared in The New Yorker, The Missouri Review, The Indiana Review, Prize Stories 1992: The O. Henry Awards, and elsewhere. Her collection of short stories will be published by Chronicle Books in 1994. A recent recipient of an NEA Fellowship, she lives in Eugene, Oregon.
