Elizabeth Tippens is the author of a novel, Winging It (Putnam/Riverhead). Her short stories have appeared in Mademoiselle, Cosmopolitan, and the anthology Voices of the Xiled (Doubleday), and her nonfiction has been published in Rolling Stone, Playboy, and elsewhere. She lives with her husband, David, and her son, Henry, in New York City.
