Leslee Becker grew up in the Adirondacks. She was a James Michener Writing Fellow at the University of Iowa and a Wallace Stegner Writing Fellow at Stanford University. Her work has appeared in The Atlantic Monthly, The Iowa Review, The Gettysburg Review, Nimrod, New Letters, Sonora Review, and elsewhere. She currently teaches at Colorado State University and is working on a collection of stories.
