Basil Cleveland is currently a doctoral student in the University Professors Program at Boston University. His research focuses on Hegel and modern aesthetics. His poetry has been published in a variety of literary journals, including recent issues of The MacGuffin, International Poetry Review, and Flint Hills Review.
