Edith Pearlman has published over 250 works of short fiction and essays. Her work has appeared in Best American Short Stories, The O. Henry Prize Stories, and The Pushcart Prize. In 2011, she received the PEN/Malamud Award. Her fourth collection, Binocular Vision (Lookout Books, 2011), won the National Book Critics Circle Award for Fiction and was a finalist for the Story Prize, the LA Times Book Prize, and the National Book Award. Pearlman lives in Brookline, Massachusetts.
