Bliss Broyard

Bliss Broyard was a Henry Hoyns Fellow at the University of Virginia's creative writing program. Her fiction has appeared in Grand Street and The Pushcart Prize. Her first collection of short stories is scheduled to be published by Knopf in the spring of 1998. At that time, an essay of hers will also appear in the anthology Twenties in the Nineties (Houghton Mifflin). She lives in Brooklyn, New York.
