James Cervantes's poems have appeared recently in The Boston Review, North American Review , and Quarterly West . He has published two books of poetry, The Year Is Approaching Snow and The Headlong Future, and has a chapbook, Live Music, forthcoming from Pecan Grove Press. He is editor of the online journal The Salt River Review.
