Ed Falco is the author of a dozen books, including novels, short-story collections, and poetry collections. His most recent book is the poetry collection Wolf Moon Blood Moon (Louisiana State University Press, 2018). His novel Transcendent Gardening is forthcoming from C&R Press in 2022. A recipient of the Robert Penn Warren Prize in poetry from The Southern Review, and the Emily Clark Balch Prize in fiction from The Virginia Quarterly Review, he teaches in the MFA program in creative writing at Virginia Tech.
