Carolyn Ferrell graduated from Sarah Lawrence College and has an MA from the City College of New York. She has one book, Don't Erase Me: Stories (Houghton Mifflin, 1997), which received the Ploughshares John C. Zacharis First Book Award, and her work can be found in The Literary Review, Callaloo, Fiction, and Sojourner: The Women's Forum.
