Judith Emlyn Johnson (formerly Judith Johnson Sherwin) has published one volume of short fiction and six of poetry, the first of which, Uranium Poems, won the Yale Series of Younger Poets Prize, and the most recent of which was How the Dead Count (Norton). She teaches at SUNY-Albany and publishes the magazine Thirteenth Moon.
