Helen Dunmore

Helen Dunmore is a poet, novelist, and short story and children’s writer. She was the inaugural winner of the Orange Prize for Fiction, and the title-poem of her collection The Malarkey (Bloodaxe, 2012) won the UK’s National Poetry Competition in 2009. Her work is translated into more than thirty languages, and she is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature.
