Kashona Notah

Kashona Notah is an enrolled Iñupiaq tribal member and was adopted at birth by a Diné father. He grew up on the West Side of San Bernardino, CA, and was in the workforce for almost ten years before attending college. Notah holds a BA from Stanford University and an MFA from the Helen Zell Writers’ Program. “Bettie Page and Jimmy Free Bird” is Notah’s first short story publication and won a Hopwood Award at the University of Michigan.
