R. Erica Doyle is a writer of Trinidadian descent. Her work has appeared in The Best American Poetry 2001, Role Call, Bum Rush the Page, Callaloo, Ms., Black Issues Book Review, and Blithe House Quarterly. A Cave Canem fellow, she has received awards from the Astraea and Hurston/Wright Foundations.
