Aaron Smith is the author of four books with the University of Pittsburgh’s Pitt Poetry Series: Blue on Blue Ground (2005), Appetite (2012), Primer (2016), and, most recently, The Book of Daniel (2019). He is an associate professor in creative writing at Lesley University in Cambridge, Mass.
