Ananya Kanai Shah holds an MFA from New York University and a BA from Brown University. Her writing has appeared in the Yale Review, Indian Literature (managed by Sahitya Akademi, India’s national academy of letters), the Offing, the Ploughshares blog, and other magazines. A past Kundiman fellow, she is currently at work on her debut collection of poems. She divides her time between London, UK; Boston, MA; and Ahmedabad, India.
