Christopher Muniz teaches advanced writing at the University of Southern California where he also received his doctoral degree in literature and creative writing. His critical and creative work center on the intersection of race, identity, and culture in the U.S.-Mexico borderlands and American West. The former editor-in-chief of Gold Line Press, Chris is nearing completion of his first novel, Owl Medicine.
