Hilary Vaughn Dobel was raised in Seattle, Washington, and holds degrees from Princeton University and the University of Chicago, as well as an MFA from Columbia University in poetry and translation. Her work has also appeared in Lana Turner, and she currently resides in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
