Short fiction has appeared in many journals - Massachusetts Review, Virginia Quarterly Review, New England Review, The North American Review, and The Boston Globe Sunday Magazine. I've been a MacDowell fellow and have taught fiction at Mt. Holyoke and Hampshire Colleges. A novel in stories -Woman Made of Sand - is being published in March 2002.
