Lisa Yanover is currently living in Houston, Texas, working on a Ph.D. in creative writing and literature and teaching college English. She received her M.A. from the University of California, Davis, and her B.A. from Oberlin College. She also lived for two years in Israel, where she studied Hebrew and Yiddish at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. She has had poems in Prairie Schooner and Amelia.
