Mary Dean Lee grew up in Milledgeville, GA, studied theatre and literature at Duke University and Eckerd College, and received her PhD in organizational behavior at Yale. Her debut poetry collection, Tidal, is forthcoming (Pine Row Press, May 2024). Her poetry has appeared or is forthcoming in Best Canadian Poetry 2021, the Fiddlehead, Burningword, Dunes Review, Sepia Quarterly, Salvation South, and other journals. She lives in Montreal.
