Randi Beck is a native of Oklahoma and earned a bachelor’s degree at the University of New Mexico, where she was fortunate to have a number of excellent writing mentors and talented friends to teach and encourage her. Her work has appeared in Threepenny Review, The Kenyon Review, and The Michigan Quarterly Review. She is currently a Castaneda Fellow in the MFA program at Indiana University in Bloomington.
