Rob Magnuson Smith is the author of The Gravedigger (UNO Press, 2010) and Scorper (Granta, 2015). Rob’s short fiction has appeared in the Guardian, The Literarian, The Reader, The Istanbul Review, The Greensboro Review, Granta, Fiction International, and the Australian Book Review. He has won the Pirate’s Alley William Faulkner Award for the novel and the Elizabeth Jolley Prize for short fiction. Based in the UK, he is currently Visiting Professor of English and Environmental Studies at Vassar College.
