Lawrence Sail was born in London and lives in Exeter, Devon. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature. Waking Dreams: New & Selected Poems (Bloodaxe, 2010) was a Poetry Book Society Special Commendation. A new collection, The Quick, is due from Bloodaxe in June 2015.
