Hans Ostrom teaches at the University of Puget Sound in Tacoma, Washington. His poetry has appeared in Poetry Northwest, South Carolina Review, and other magazines. His novel, Three to Get Ready, was published last year. With Wendy Bishop, he is co-editing Colors of a Different Horse, a book of essays about teaching creative writing that NCTE will publish next year.
