Dennis Sampson is the project coordinator of a federally-funded program and a part-time literature instructor at Shelton State Community College. His recent poems have appeared in The Hudson Review and Crazyhorse, and the title poem of his second manuscript, Forgiveness, will be out in the spring issue of The Ohio Review. He lives in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
