CONSTANCE CARRIER has done two books of poetry, both published by Swallow - The Middle Voice (Lamont Poetry Award, 1955) and The Angled Road; her poems appear in publications ranging from The Christian Science Monitor to The New Yorker. For Indiana Press, Carrier has translated Propertius and Tibullus.
